That’s a DRAM card. I’m not sure what the connector is though. I’m pretty sure that’s 256KiB.

Its ISA RAM expansion card. It uses PAGE DRAM modules. It was common to have BANK 0 filled, but not BANK 1 due to how expensive it was to populate those slots in the first place back in the day.

The chips on the left are DRAM chips according to the internet and the rest of the ones that I bothered to look up are memory controllers and logic gates of some sort, so my best guess is it is a RAM card from before DIMM slots were standard.
So that picture is taking up more ram on my phone than the card ever provided.

Looks like one of those old times memory expansion cards. These were quite common back in the 80’s, when RAM slots didn’t exist yet. So you expanded your memory by installing one of these cards.
