OK so try this pirate the game and see if it still stutters if it doesn’t legit copy is stuttering from DRM
I have been getting this on d4 on my 5900x, 3080. I haven’t tried trouble shooting yet, but it could be a bios update. I’ll try figuring it out in a couple days.
Whats your storage?
This isn’t due to frame drop, it’s more than likely due to driver (you may have the latest but if you haven’t done a clean install you could have a conflict). It could be a background process or program. It also could be bad memory or your hard drive (over heating or bad sector).
