I keep getting WHEA error code 17 which sometimes crashes my system while gaming. I tried everything i know. Reinstalled windows, Disabled undervolting and over clocking, disabled PCIe power state management. Nothing seems to work, im getting 1000s of these while gaming.

Disable docp if you have it and run the system for some time.
So… WHEA 18 is typically caused by undervolting the CPU cores. WHEA 19 (on AMD at least) is caused by FCLK instability, so that’s not applicable here. Based on the error as it is shown, and some quick searching online, it seems the issue is most likely driver related with the PCIE lanes or a component plugged into them.
