i’m actually excited to play terminus, i’ve been playing since blops 1 and have really been missing crews since blops 4
Personally I don’t see myself liking this crew, I’ll give them each a chance but I am not going to spend more time on each character if they aren’t initially fun to play as.
Didn’t like them in CW and only really like Weaver for Bo1 nostalgia.
Im still hyped for teminus like i was before liberty falls. Hope it is as good as it looks.
Subjective: This story is so boring. The only interesting elements are literally the only two characters from the previous story. Everything else feels so off-brand and they have completely removed the humor, which was a huge part of the old story.
i would love for Antonov to make a glorious return. especially in his fabulous Meltdown outfit

I’ve been a fan of Weaver since Bo1 and I’m glad to see him being relevant to the series again.
For Gray and Carver I enjoyed their dialog on Die Maschine, and from there thought that a crew consisting of them, Weaver and Strauss would be sick.
Now we’re getting that (minus Strauss). My only other hope is we get a map that we can play as Ravenov. And we get to play as the GOAT Richtofen again in a later map.
And for Maya I’m interested to hear her story
Edit: I do hope they add a more humorous nature to the characters as well. Things can get stale fast if everyone is too serious. Almost every crew member cracked jokes at one point while also keeping a serious tone at other moments, and that was big part of their charm.

If ex Requiem crew still has their witty humor like the CRBRS voice, then I’m willing to bet they’re a great addition. I don’t mind one serious operator like Weaver since that’s basically his character (they made him sound goofy in CW as an Operator probably to experiment with the idea.)
I mean yeah, of course, I really enjoyed Cold War so I will be all over this. Even better now that we’ve moved off of the « operator » format, I’m tempering my expectations but I don’t mind what I see so far, and quite frankly that is a win for me seeing as I’ve been brutally disappointed with the series since Vanguard.
I hope peck becomes playable. He reminds me of Nicholas from left 4 dead
Requiem are great, I’m looking forward to seeing them in action after all the build up and Intel in Cold War. Idgaf what anyone says we eating good this year boys.
No. I will give them a chance, but considering Victis and Chaos got called bland and annoying when they first appeared, I highly doubt it.
They could directly port origins or DE into this game and it would suck, the core mechanics are so so bad now

Grey has lost her smile and silliness. Who wouldn’t after losing your girlfriend to the dark aether, getting her “voluntold” surrogate kid made from Sam and her homie ripped from you, and getting locked up in a cell block with 4 sweaty dudes. She is one inconvenience away from beating Peck to death with her new muscles, and Maya won’t see it coming.

I’ve always liked the Requiem crew and I’m looking forward to Terminus. Weaver has been a fave of mine since BO1 and I’m always happy to see his character return, especially since they’ve been good about bringing his original voice actor back for every appearance. And hats off to Gene Farber for killing it each time.
Grey and Strauss were entertaining in Cold War and it’ll be cool to see Carver get some more character development beyond being the standard issue military guy. I’m curious to see how Peck has changed (if at all) since Cold War, too.
And Maya? Sign me up with that Pinoy pride, ha ha! But seriously, I want to see what the story is with her brother and how she’s going to fit into the overall plot for this game as a whole.

I will but Im already biased because they were all so flat and boring in CW. You couldn’t have paid me to care what they were saying, and Peck constantly saying dumb shit in Firebase Z has me playing that map on mute. I’ll give it a shot by my expectations are in the dirt

Aa long as I’m given the choice, Always Grey for me. I like Weaver, but he’s consistent in CW, but out of the 3 others that also “talked” to him and to the Operators, I liked Grey the most.
And since they’re the set crew of Terminus, I look forward to hearing the dynamic between Weaver, Grey, and Carver.
I’m gonna be using Weaver every opportunity I get so… yeah. He was my main in Cold War.
Well apparently >!they’re all dead!< according to MWZ so it’s going to take a lot for me to care. I get >!their deaths!< were referenced in Forsaken but it seemed like more of a threat or a looming question on if it was true or not.

Absolutely, I love Weaver and I’m happy to see him back again.
I actually really enjoyed the personalities of the handlers in BOCW, so I was very happy when they were revealed to be the set crew in Terminus. So I’m actually really excited to see how they handle everything in terms of character interaction and dialogue.
Them including weaver as a playable character was definitely a good choice. I feel like he’s already pretty well liked because of bo1.
Finally another woman I can like after Misty.
As a bo3 ‘enjoyer’ I couldn’t give two FUCKS about tbe set crew, as long as *there is one*
I like new and unique characters, so this map would be fine in my books.
Liberty falls not only looks bland as fuck but it also has no set crew which is a double fuck you to me
I’m a massive hater of Cold War and its mechanics but a set crew was one of my biggest gripes. More than happy that they’ve added one and listened to fans regardless of my thoughts of returning mechanics and systems from the previous game.
