Hi. So I just built my first pc! Went into Bios to change the fan settings (and fans settings only). But for some reason when I pressed F10 to save, the system said that CPU configuration has been changed, like so: https://imgur.com/a/3HaOo3R

I'm like 99.9% sure I didn't make these changes. I assumed that this is something that's supposed to happen, so I went ahead and applied it. But then I noticed when I went into Bios again that the CPU speed increased from 3.2GHz to 5.0GHz. So that means the new settings overclocked the cpu?

Should I keep it just like this or should I change everything back to the way it was before? Better yet, please let me know if there's a better configuration I should use instead. I'm using this PC purely for recording/editing (zero gaming). I mostly use Premiere Pro, OBS, and Topaz Video AI. Thank you!
