I think it’s just lacking a bit of personality, maybe some nice artwork on the wall and some warm lighting
Monochrome keyboard may not fit as well in this color scheme. I would toss a plant or fake plant on the left of the monitor and some art on the wall. Maybe swap out the mousepad for something with a bit more personality.
Looks good, would be good to get a monitor arm added in. I had that same Amazon desk and getting a replacement hardwood top made it sooo much nicer
