Always Netwatch. Closest we get to a group keeping their words. Both in base game and dlc.
The mission objective being “Making sure the kids doesn’t unleash AIs from across the black wall”.

I can’t express how much I enjoy going back to the VDB’s hideout and storm the place, slaughtering Brigitte and Placide. God this feels so good !

Netwatch. I don’t trust corpos at all, but:
1. They’re the only people guarding the net and keep others from breaching BlackWall
2. The guy at the cinema does nothing wrong to you. Yes, he installed a tracker, but it was to get to Voodoo Boys, which literally wanted to kill you

Netwatch. They may be corpos, but they really are actually protecting humanity, seeing as we see plenty of evidence old net AIs really are a danger.

NetWatch isn’t great but fuck the VooDoo boys
None of them lol. First kill Netwatch agent then after you have talk with Alt kill all Voodoo Boys. Also dont forget to punch Placide when you return to him before Brigitte shows up.
Difficult choice. Best option is probably to screw over NetWatch (they’re often implied or even stated to be way different from how they portray themselves, so not actually heroes that protect humanity) and then kill the VDBs.
However, this still makes me feel like I walked right into Placide’s trap, and I usually try to resplve this in-character. V does the diagnostics, sees that the VDBs are just using them, and then makes a deal with NetWatch. Not that NW doesn’t try to abuse V, since they also try to get at Alt

I chose the voodoo boys and this was the first time I actually felt hurt with a decision I made, I really thought I found a way to save V with the voodoo boys smh

After experiencing both paths, I now always side with Netwatch. Sure, he was a sneaky chappy with that malware, but he wasn’t out to flatline Varound, the better.
Plus, he looks cool and likes westerns…
