Then it features turn based team tactical combat… so it’s like an Xcom story driven first or third person exploration? That could be awesome.

I miss permadeath in these games. I feel like one of the things these Xcomalikes like to try and “mass marketerize” on is permadeath and it just makes the games uninteresting for me. For me, even back to the original Xcom, the memories are all colored (positively) by the agony of loss of my favored soldiers, and the joy of watching newbs become avatars of annihilation, and then the even greater agony when one of my unkillable juggernauts of destruction somehow manages to die.
