I think that is a fan bank for a HP server, if you power it on or try to use it get ear protection, that thing is gonna scream when it pulls 216 watts

The neat thing is, that server rack fan module is worth far more than a toothbrush, but it’s simultaneously worthless because virtually no company would buy one outside of approved vendors.
