I have been using the timings for a while with no problem, but lately the pc has been rebooting numerous times playing Warzone.
I decided to test with TestMem5 and a couple of custom settings, and with anta777's settings the pc restarts immediately at the start of the test. The first time I did it with Extreme1, but the same thing happens with SuperLight2.
Does anyone have some clue of why it's happening?
System:
Mobo: MSI PRO B650-S WIFI
Bios Version: 1.F0 CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D RAM: 6000 MHz CL30 Vengance 2x16GB (CMK32GX5M2B6000Z30)

I’d first try to lower vsoc to 1.2v and increasing vdd to 1.375-1.4c .
If you don’t want to mess with that you can try updating your bios
Try dropping your VSOC to 1.2, and MEM VDDQ + CPU VDDIO to 1.3. Too much voltage in those areas can actually reduce stability.
If that doesn’t help, you should revert 50% of the timings you changed back to EXPO defaults. Buildzoid timings are usually reliable, but it is possible to simply have a below average memory kit.
try raise VDD to 1.4
I dont need more than 1.1 VSOC to run 6000MT on my 7600.
Lower VSOC also helps getting higher fclk.
VDDQ=VDD is usually fine, but also usually not needed. I use:
VDDQ = VDD * 0.94 to 0.9.
1.4v VDD on hynix isnt high at all and hardly affects power consumption/heat at all vs 1.35v. (to small to measure with my power meter)
What temps does the PMIC read during warzone? Buildzoid timings were unstable for me because mine hit 79C so I had to turn off XMP and run them at 1.1V instead
