I have one. It helps if your only problem is overheating. There are many other things that can make your phone lag while playing games

When I play, I keep a cold iced alcoholic beverage next to me with a cocktail shaker full of ice ready to go. When im done drinking that cold iced drink, I take that ice cocktail shaker and pour myself another cold drink. I forget about my phone over heating.
