My current level in the game is the max level 1050 but when I logged onto the game tonight every bundle I have ever purchased has been completely erased from my account and it's saying that I can't use any of my guns because I am not above a level 4 even though it clearly says that I am at max level???

Happened to me too, I just restarted my game and was good. My lethals and tactical were all set to flash and frags tho.
