Oh no! I need to stock up on those games before they disappear! Time to grab them before they’re gone for good.

  2. Easy-Preparation-234

Eh. Might actually have to get them just in case.

  3. Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but won’t they have a chance of ending up on abandonware sites after that?

  4. Really_McNamington

Huh. TIL they did a sequel to The Suffering. I wonder how that passed me by?

The first one had me so damn terrified. It’s hilarious because when I watched a walk through, it was so bad haha. But it’s crazy how when you’re a kid, you’re so damn easily convinced and scared.

I legit remember thinking omg this game is so damn scary and dark and twisted…. I probably even had nightmares.

Man I remember playing the first game like it was yesterday. It was one of the only games I remember actually making me hesitant to round corners or keep going. The scene where you’re inside the execution booth and there’s a big mother outside the glass and you think that he can’t see you but then taps on the glass and eventually breaks through while you struggle to exit the room…. yeah that was on panic mode lol

Thank you for posting this, i used to play them as a kid

  8. ACertainThickness

This feels like an ad, not necessarily a bot but definitely an ad

  9. Might pick these up just because.

They don’t look like games I’ll play/enjoy, but the low price + being delisted makes me want them.

I wonder why they are being delisted. In a way all companies always bitch and moan about piracy and when there is a legit way to buy games, they are constantly removing them because of some bureaucratic bullshit or just out of spite. It’s especially weird since Surreal Software was merged with Monolith Productions which is owned by Warner Bros anyway. So, what’s the problem when it’s entirely owned by Warner Bros. Ugh?

I remember playing The Suffering when Midway released the ad supported releases of The Suffering and Area 51. The beginning in prison is creepy as hell when you first encounter those blade legged freaks.

  11. Cant get those on GOG with a german IP, since the games are banned in Germany -.-

Thanks for the update. I just picked both of them up. I love the first one, but I never played the sequel.
