This game has its install base and thats that. Its impossible for a new player to join since the meta is just so expansive and the community so toxic

Without reading the article, I can assume that the Devs now spend their day doing backflips in the parking lot? Odd choice, but let ‘em cook. There could be something here.

(But having read it, s’pose the game remains out of reach. When the sodium and sweat content drop a bit, I’d be down to give it a whirl. Maybe Deadlock can scratch the MOBA itch in a different way)

  3. League stopped being fun for me when they redid ADCs as “marksmen”. The meta and gameplay just wasn’t fun

    Back peddling or backflipping?

One is disappointing, the other is impressive

If they want to get new customers, they should continue down the path of standalone titles and multimedia. The characters and setting are interesting: let’s see more, in different ways.

I don’t care about the base game and probably never will. It’s not my cup of tea
