I have a MSI Geforce Gt1030 gddr4 2gb (passive-cooled) and I'm currently running msi oc scanner but seeing it bump the core clock from 900mhz up to 1.5ghz scares me a bit so I restarted the oc scan but still. Feel wrong to me. I need some help since this is the first time oc'ing a gpu for me

    Pointless and there’s no active cooling so you won’t get anywhere anyway.

    Update: tweaking the settings I’ve run a stress test and so far increasing base clock by 110 and memory by 200 seems to work stable.
    Stress test still running tho

    Sorry to say – you got screwed on the GT 1030 DDR4. You have to be hypervigilant when buying budget GPUs – Nvidia and AMD know budget buyers don’t pay as much attention to the market and so they have a long-runing tradition of trying to scam you guys. https://youtu.be/qOnkpIfTEQs?si=K74YMuoiguIM5aoK
