bigger desk, asap
6/10, needs a larger desk or flip one of those monitors vertically.
My desk cost $460. 60×24… Buy a better desk full stop

Good start my man, and each to their own really, and I like the display cabinets.
I have those same speakers/sub from Logitech and you can lay them on their side as they are a tweeter/speaker combo and as long as the speakers are pointing towards your ears and are an equal distance then you should be ok. Chuck them on their side and put them under your monitors. Because they are not flat you need to use bluetack or something to stop them from rolling.
Personally if this was my setup, I would move the sub to the floor, and the PC off the desk and centre the monitors, but then you have cabling and hanging the computer etc to deal with lol. There’s always a compromise somewhere!
