There are MANY quotes in BO4 that I believe are a reference to the impossible EE. Dead of the Night specifically has a lot of quotes that can be interpreted as references to it.
The intro to the map consists of a cocktail party in Alistair’s mansion. There are many circular tables strewn about the Main Hall. I believe you may be on to something with this based on that.
