Don’t listen to anyone saying you need a new desk. If you need more desk space, move trash bin, move your desk to the left, then get a side table for your desktop (make sure to measure your desktop and look for one that will fit it). Then you’ll have more space on the desk. That desk looks really nice aesthetically and it would be a shame for it to end up in the trash.

Get a comfortable office chair with armrests and maybe headrest, see if you can try first instead of ordering blindly. You can probably get something like a Ikea Markus for a bit less than 200 bucks.

I bought a recliner. I have a desk that can roll and goes over the top of the recliner arms. I wanted a swivel recliner but they are too expensive at the moment and the quality isn’t as good as a stationary one.

My butt would literally go numb after like 40 min of playing games. I would stand up and it was like i had a non existent butt.

Noble chairs I had mine for 5 years and I use it 7 days a week 12-14 hrs I even sleep on it when I’m to sick to lay flat very comfortably and durable

I got a $400 barely used office chair from goodwill for $3. Maybe look at something like that.

If you want something cheaper I got a mid-back office chair from Office Depot for like $60 on Black Friday sale maybe about 3 years ago. Normally sells for $90ish. Realspace Rezzi is the model, and it’s held up pretty well considering the first year I had it I weighed nearly 300lbs from doing strongman training/competitions. Still using it now but some of the fake leather stuff has started to shed. But not bad for the price at all I think.
