I have a Huananzhi X99 F8 motherboard (BIOS updated to the latest version), with 32GB of RAM, an NVIDIA 2070 Super graphics card, and a Xeon E5-1660 v3 3.0GHz processor. I've seen that a lot of people overclock this processor, but I've found it impossible to do. I've tried different frequencies and voltages, but it always ends up the same: after making changes and saving the settings in the BIOS, the computer powers on but there's no video and the peripherals don't work. The only things that power on are the motherboard and the fans; everything else doesn't work. I’m aiming to overclock to 4.0GHz or 4.2GHz.

I was following the steps in this guide but it’s still not working and I’m getting the same error.

I’m attaching a photo of the BIOS settings I changed.
