If you’re having to turn the California sky in to you’re average Northern England gloom to get the effect you want they you’re failing to achieve realism at all, because you’re requiring unrealistic weather and lighting effects.

I am betting a lot of video editing went into that. Cause quite a few folks are saying they’ve tried it and it doesn’t look anything like this video. And even though I have a 4090, I am not giving this guy 7 dollars to see for myself.

The desire for photo-realism is so strange to me, especially when it so clearly detracts from the art direction and style of the original assets like it does here. For most of the shots in that video the only reason you know it’s Cyberpunk 2077 is because the title told you. The video doesn’t capture the feeling of playing the game at all.

Apparently “photo-realistic” means having a filter that turns your game into looking like a movie shot on a shitty gopro or phone camera with terrible lightning.
Wake me up when “photo-realistic” actually look like real life, or at least looks like it was shot on an Arri Alexa.

Yes, it’s legit. I’d say he’s best in business for Cyberpunk visual mods right now; but unpaid visual mods can also make the game nearly identical to real life.
These videos don’t even do justice how incredible can this game looks when you go all in with the mods.
