Just cause 4 was my introduction to this series. I hear a lot of people shit talk the game, but I was mesmerized by the movement tech and ability to blow so many things up

I like the games but man there boring as fuck after the first hour you have done everything and its not even hard.

Blowing shit up was definitely great, but my favorite parts of 2 and 3 were the physics shenanigans.
Using the grapple and tether systems to glitch out the physics, tethering vehicles and explosives to aircraft, etc.
I’ve just played it for the first time, and yeah, I agree. It’s a lot of fun.
I was always more of a JC2 kind of guy.

I bought this game years and years ago but never play it because of how bad the frame rate stutter is on Xbox.
Huge fan of the Just Cause series; the destruction and/or physics are second to none – my only gripe is with the enemy spawn system. I’d love to just be able to mess around but the enemies are relentlessly stupid and a fight can last far too long if you let it.
Is Just Cause 4 the same experience?
This game is just too much fun. I’ve never gotten around to finishing it, but anytime I pick it up, I have a blast!

One of the few games you don’t care about the plot even in the slightest way. You just want to destroy, blow things up and ride cars.

Love this game, especially the fact that David Tenant plays the hostage radio host. I really love the DLC that gave you the Bavarium powered wingsuit. This game and its DLCs are just so much fun.

I think 3 is the one I liked least if I remember correctly. But maybe I’m weird, because I thought 4 was a ton of fun compared to it. You keep having fun blowing things up!

My first Just Cause was the 2nd one, back to many years ago, i’ve loved exploring the world of Just Cause 2 and his hundred possibility of destruction & blowing stuff. And then when i got Just Cause 3, i was mind blowed.
But i don’t know why but i didnt like Just Cause 4, the UI, the interaction, the story, … It was boring
this was one of my favorite games ever.
mercenaries 2 gave me the bug, just cause really transformed the total mayhem genre.
i miss the golden era of games where devs had the freedom (and the limitations) of just appealing to the most base desires of gamers lmao

I loved this game but it ran like absolute ass on the PS4. I bought it again on the series S and man it’s a different game smooth as my ass

Played JC2 and JC3 2 years ago, and damn, those are fun games.
I couldn’t get into 3 but I played the absolute shit out of 2. Just an amazingly fun game and I love how they lean into the absurdity with ninjas and surfing on nuclear middles.
One of the very little games, maybe even the only one, that I went back to and play again when I finished it. Even if it was just to checkout the DLC. Which I but for most games but I either finished it and uninstalled it before it gets released or I’m so bored by the game that I struggle to finish it and let alone play the DLC. Just Cause is just loads of fun even if you are not doing anything.
It’s one of those games you can pick up pretty much any time and go blow shit up and have fun.
