Time Spy Extreme, not Time Spy.
Just finished a new build, a Dell branded 4090 pulled from an R14 paired with an i9 12900KS.
The max temperatures are fairly high but don't seem to be hitting throttle. I have plenty of airflow and a 360 AIO loop on the CPU.
Does the 12900 really run THIS hot normally? Idle sits around 40.
What could be the bottleneck here?

What does the red information triangle above the score say if you hover over it?
I’m going to guess you have either G-Sync / FreeSync / V-Sync enabled from the looks of it. The red triangle near the total score indicates there is a setting enabled that has impacted your score.
I think you are using 4k benchmark maybe is it low.
i got 12403 using a 4080S-12700K
13778–4080S
