I know this is gonna sound dumb…. But it’s because you hit that hill and your car bottomed out due to shit suspension in that vehicle, which caused you to come to a halt.
That was the reason I was given when I talked to a PUBG rep a couple of years ago.
A buggy or UAZ you don’t bottom out and keep on rolling.
