Doesn’t include 8 argb fans and a 360mm AIO with the pump display. If your fans don’t cost at least as much as the GPU, you’re doing first PC wrong.

And the subsequent reddit post “how do i control fan rgb why is this so confusing”

where is the overpriced ssd? “i heard these ssds are good and i dont want to wait”

where is the 360mm aio with a screen? “i want it to look good”

where are the overpriced fans? they need to cost at least as much as the gpu “i want it to be quiet”

…some of this could apply to me, I think.
    Should I worry?

  4. Kraken-Tortoise

Inaccurate. You forgot to mention they’re 9 years old and saved up for 2 and a half weeks.

  5. I’m actually glad I went with an over spec PSU. I had a 1060 and was having problems with my antec 650w. At the time there was the corsair 850w at a decent price so I spent the extra over the 650/750w.

A few years later I got a used 3080ti which ran perfectly. Wouldn’t have been able to do that if I got another 650w.

Getting a good high quality PSU with a bit of headroom is great for used top end gpu’s.
When people are ditching their 4090s for 5090s there will be some decent deals out there.

picking intel 13th or 14th gen after drama is crazy

  7. thommyangelo

but don’t forget the obligatory arranged picture of boxes + the “wish me luck” post.

  8. Plamen_K

You should change the 1000w PSU to a random ass chinese “””Gold””” one that will 100% not fry the GPU in 1-2 months

  9. Any-Veterinarian9312

One more point, the pic on memory stick means rubbish or a piece of shit.

  10. CrosshairCam2

    Don’t forget to add a 3090 for ‘4k’.

  11. alphagusta

The PSU also should be a Chinesium built pop-up brand Qianxichingalinggongchoonepicgamer100fps built in 2009

  12. LukasRemade

DDR5 motherboards are not that expensive, neither is 32 gbs of ram.

  13. Broken_Sage

In all seriousness am I like, the only person alive that genuinely gets physically and mentally unwell by rgb? Like for accessories sure but in the PC? At the degree some folks do? Would keep me in a perpetual state of headache and migraine.

Either that or my autism is showing badly lmfao

  14. _Bearcat29

My cousin has actually almost done that. Same CPU/GPU for 2000€ and AIO 360mm the rest is decent but 2000 for that .. wow I was freaking out but can’t tell him cause he was happy. Just said that he should call me next time cause I *know how to get some part cheaper* excuse.

Don’t forget the vape sitting next to the keyboard

  16. JanPapajT90M

Actually it should be 7800x3d and rtx 4090. I recently saw some posts like that

  17. creativename111111

You may also swap out the PSU with “Fire Starter 9000” if you wish

  18. Imagine thinking DDR4 is not outdated by now.

  19. ThunderEagle22

You forgot the 15 year old office monitor.

  20. Mortifer_I

4060ti with 16GB? As if peasants!

    (Probably someone at NVIDIA)

  21. Creed_of_War

Ideally the mobo will not have the same socket type as the cpu

  22. DrSnip3r

I recognise myself in the GPU example 🤣 exactly, I need some help?

  23. Jordyspeeltspore

oi i just like the y60 cus it will still only barely fit my cable management

  24. Hey that insanely overpriced motherboard is the exact model I have on my new PC! But I got it for cheap

  25. MrJFr3aky

Don’t forget the Lian Li RGB 24 pin cable

  26. Zhuinden

Isn’t that Asus ROG Maximus Glacial alone 650$? How do you fit the rest in 850$? 🤔

  27. DannyTheDangerNoodle

Ah yes the 4060, the card everybody hates but still buys, great.
