I have always felt like my computer has been stuttering for the longest when gaming etc.
Since I did a format and fresh install of Windows recently I decided to run some tests with Afterburner/RTSS and found that my frametime is always spiking when gaming or doing stress testing.
I also done a LatencyMon scan and it said I had issues and to disable throttling or something along those lines. It also states that ACPI.sys is the one causing most issues.
What is wrong with my PC and how do I fix this peaky frametime stutter from happening?
