Saw this guy before I started the dialogue for Dream On. Managed to jump across and approach, but you can't interact or shoot him. This is definitely the Illusive Man, right? Haven't finished the game yet, but I've read he is tied to one of the endings. Thought this was an awesome reference. There is some good tier 5 loot in the area though

Well, firstly he’s not meant to be entirely a reference he’s actually a mysterious character in the game and shows up multiple times throughout. But also, he’s a reference to G-Man from Half Life not TIM
I never managed to jump across to him when he was standing in that first pic. 🙁
Really curious to know if a certain character in No Coincidence actually is him. Not sure though
