Hi,
I am experiencing significantly low performance on games so I decided to benchmark my gpu with 3dmark and in-game as well. In both scenarios, my GPU clock rate remains around 500 MHz. I don't think I am bottlenecked by CPU (since its i9 12900) and also RAM seems to be fine. I reinstalled the driver multiple times and am a bit stuck on whats happening. Here is the benchmark link:
