Yeah, soon there will be one in Launchers also. It’s been that way for years on my account.
A bunch of them never go away, just the way it is
For some reason Zombies stars appear all the time. It’s only rarely in Multiplayer. I’ve stopped trying to clear my Zombies ones because the next time I open Supply Drops there will just be more appearing.
Very annoying but best to try to ignore them unfortunately.
As an explanation for why this happens is that it’s a glitch with it saying there’s an new variant for a weapon, but the weapon is one of the launchers or DLC melee weapons that don’t have a slot in the zombie menus, so it just stays there
TL;DR
Glitch comes from new variants on weapons not changeable or characterizable in zombies.
This has been happening since launch. Sledgehammer actually removed all green indicators halfway through the game because people were complaining about it but it obviously happened again and never got patched.
