My pc is
RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30-38-38-96
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
MOBO: Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX ATX AM5
I have a problem with pc crashes and even bluescreen sometimes but only in one specific game and I heard that it could be caused by my ram or cpu but I want to try playing with RAM first. All I have enabled in bios is just expo and resizable bar.
I heard that overclocking manually below expo to 5600 or 5400 from default 4800 could help and I want to try it but I am not sure what voltage and timings to set. Can anyone advice me what is safe etc ?

Just keep it at jedec spec
What you should do is enable EXPO, and then manually lower the frequency. Doing that will set the voltage, frequency, and timings automatically, but then you override the frequency to a lower one
