Windows is reporting the file on YOUR pc.
99,999% sure this file is not from MW3 or ricochet. The only Question that remains is how big of a doofus your friend is. Either they downloaded something that’s supposed to stop others from cheating ( stupid but maybe just naive) which in reality is just malware OR they are trying to cheat and they fail miserably even at that which would make them a huge doofus.
seems to be an anti cheat blocker, some googling led me to “syndicate” which isn’t the same file but seems to be very close to what this is
