Personally I’d never have been publicly talking about it’s existence in the first place, I’d have just shadow dropped it, by then nothing could be done.

You can’t even play the remake anymore on PS5 because you need a non-existent key from the store. I know because I borrowed it from my library last week and after several hours of downloading it… at least the menu was nice

I genuinely believe they put it on sale on purpose right before this mod came out, people get excited to play mw2 mp again they buy it warm up and get nostalgic for a few hours on campaign which locks them out of refunds then cease and desist the mod mere hours before launch so they get more money simple as.
