I recently overclocked my Ryzen 5800x via PBO, doing some stability tests, etc., until I opened HWmonitor to check the temperatures and clocks reached by the processor, until I surprisingly saw that it was insane.
The worst of all is having done a second test and seeing the processor clock reach an insane 8ghz, this is probably a bug but even so I was extremely surprised.

Use HWiNFO. HWMonitor often has false readings. And please learn how to take a screenshot.
