Never gonna happen. It’s way too easy to abuse, and if you put limits on the editor then nobody will want it and it’s just going to be a point of negative discussion, so it’s easier to just leave it out entirely. That, and if they included it, they would essentially need a team of staff members dedicated to just moderating uploaded emblems, and that’s also to much of a hassle.
