Hey yall,so I've been recently notcing some strange things with my I9 13900K,due to some black screen issues I decided to install both cinebench r 23 and 3dmark cpu profile for some stress testing to see if something was going on with my chip.I'm not too sure as to the baseline scores but I'm fairly sure my results are below average with cinebench usually sitting at 35k+pts and 3d mark at 15 597 with the max threads test.I undid all ocs(aside from keeping xmp1 enabled)updated bios among other hardware drivers,did a clean reinstall of windows(which did seemed to somehow fix my crashing/blackscreening when gaming).So I'm really wondering as to if there's anything actually wrong with my 13900k as to me it just seems to be underperforming so I'd just really like a concreate answer from professionals as a sanity check.Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated!(See attached file and link below for my benchmark results)https://www.3dmark.com/cpu/2070580

Do you know about the whole 13th/14th gen shitshow thats going on atm?
If you are already experiencing random crashes, the most common being out of vram errors when gaming, then unfortunately the latest bios will not do anything to fix the crashes. This is due to the CPU being already degraded. Best course of action is to RMA your cpu. Intel has extended thier warranty on 13th and 14th gen CPUs by a further 2 years. There’s a tool on thier website where you punch in the serial number to see if you qualify. That being said your score of 35k in cb23 seems to fit the baseline settings on the latest bios. You need to do some FAFO to get higher numbers.
