maybe try one monitor (right) vertical so you can move the left one over a bit more and have it centered to your body

I’d center one of the monitors and then have one off to the left where there is room off your desk if you’re planning on using it for gaming

Looks good but ergonomic and for posture you should have one monitored center and one off center, other wise not good for your next to always be looking at an angle

Coming from someone who tried quad monitors during COVID lockdowns for 2 years (4x 27″, two stacked, two portraits on the sides) I can say that stacked is just not ideal for usability long term. In both gaming and work applications. I’d rather use an ultra wide and a mini monitor below it if I really needed a second one.
