How do I unlock these remaining mythic partner emotes? The only one I’ve unlocked is unlocked at 6k synergy and there seems to be no reward past that.

You and your partner will have to join in a competition Population event (everyone can do this).
Your friends will help you by giving you population points like Bird, bike & etc~.
When you win, you will earn points & LvL.
I believe you can’t get those anymore…, when it finishes and when another event comebacks~ it will have a different Pose.
But keep in mind the other players are probably cheaters, so they will just SPAM their population and win easy.
Don’t waste your time & money, unless you’re keen on doing it.
