Just looking at the timings/frequencies, and not even looking at benchmarks, your assumption is correct. Benchmarks prove it. EXPO 1 has higher frequency and lower timings (lower timing means lower latency)
Edit: I’ll say this is a very low level explanation for it, there’s specifics and other info as to why faster is not always better… but you aren’t at the speeds where that comes into play
