I’ve seen a lot of designs on the HUD over the last few days, this might be the best one I’ve seen!
Love the mossy perk icons as well, and it feels fresh but also similar to previous titles, wish this was the real HUD!

In the future I’d like to animate it, then make a post or a video behind each creative decision I made.
This is what has been lacking since BO4, identity, not just generic squares and lines to display the hud.

This looks great! In fact a lot of the HUD redesigns people have done in the last week all look really good.
I’m not too fussy about HUDs personally, as I usually just try to embrace whatever design decisions have been made. Proper hot take here, but I’m a BO4 fan and actually don’t mind the HUD, but I do appreciate that some aspects of it could’ve been a bit tidier.
Hopefully the sheer amount of energy that is getting put into tidying up the HUD will catch the attention of the folks at Treyarch and they’ll be willing to make some adjustments ahead of launch (or even in time for the first DLC map would still be good.)

I love how dozens of random fans can make a better hud than 4000 game devs. Too many cooks in the kitchen man.
If they allow people to design and upload their own HUDs, it would genuinely be one of the best decisions ever
COD really needs to get better UX/UI designers, people in the community just always outdoing anything those guys get paid for doing
