I was looking through the raw gameplay footage they released in as high of a resolution as I could and found this map at around 11:50 on the right side of the screen. It shows up for just a moment and this is the best capture of it I could get. It’s in an office with a bunch of computers and screens with the Project Janus logo. I was just tryna get an up close look at the wonder weapon, which they get a bit later and noticed there were maps on the wall so I took a closer look and stumbled upon this one!
There’s these little purple rectangles on various spots of the map. The one in the US kind of lines up with Harper’s Ferry in West Virginia which we now know is the location of Liberty Falls. This then leads me to assume that the other 4 rectangles are either outbreak zones or other sites Project Janus has been looking at for whatever their plan is/what they would at that time be doing at Liberty Falls. Either way, that means that could possibly be the 4 locations for the other round based maps we see throughout the year.
One is near what I think is the border between Bolivia and Brazil, another is near Pakistan in India, the third is in Russia and the fourth is smack dab in the middle of China. I’m not the best with maps so I’d like to see what you guys think Only looked into the China one and it looks to be within Huanglong National Park, but again, maps ain’t my forte.
I don’t think I’ve seen anyone point this map out and I’m surprised I saw it since I’ve been trying to pause at that exact moment again and haven’t been able to due to how fast the player looks away.

I feel like I remember BOCW doing something similar to this, i might be wrong, but i feel you could be on to something. Also, good eye for spotting this.
It conveniently cuts off right before the area where terminus is located. If we had that, it’d make this even more likely.
If this is the case, then it seems like we’re getting a good variety of locations
There’s also that green dot near Africa which could also be something. There’s no islands there like there are for terminus though so maybe that’s showing something else
The only thing thats throwing me off is the random green dot in the middle of the ocean and the three harder to see blue dots in the water around Africa. These types of images have hinted towards new maps before, so it could be a big deal. Reminds me of how Firebase Z had the location of Forsaken on a wall near jug. Thats a pretty diverse set of maps that would make for an interesting dlc season

I’d love a frozen Antarctica map.
There’s a dot near West Virginia, which we know is where the other launch map takes place, so it’s safe to assume we’ll be going to these places in the DLC season.
