yes, the occasional pulls to wrong side, i suspected my keyboard. With null bind it started to do more often, but it still did happen even after removing it but less common. After +- 6th august it stopped happening without doing anything.
The gun on back happens when i switch the gun to opposite hand and back, it glitches then (i had also a gun above head).
The sprays with ridiculously low damage happen so often that i dont even count them. The only help is to dodge high pingers. Which is not possible.
Head swaying after hit is one of most annoying quasi mechanic in game. Same garbo tier with teleport on hit, no penalty on crouching when tagged (try to shoot yourself to a stomach and do a crouch in zero time), shitty lagcompensation or no possibility to get to boxes without lame high jump.

Are you playing with any nullbinds/snaptap or stuff like that? Then look into your config. Could be a broken alias.
Are you using a sensitive mechanical keyboard? I had this exact problem when playing trackmania. Car just slammed into the left wall because the keyboard picked up a keypress. See if you can play around with thresholds or try other switches.
