Meh Microcenter is fun to browse but none of their products or prices are unavailable from online retailers. Steeper discounts can usually be found at Amazon or Best Buy.

  2. Exciting_Swordfish16

While I do love browsing brick and mortar, from what I’ve seen on Jayz and Austin Evans, the prices aren’t that great.

  3. RelChan2_0

Meanwhile us Asians dealing with back breaking prices 😭

  4. Colemans

I live in the US and the closest Microcenter is 5-6 hours away so I feel your pain

  5. AzuleStriker

not all of us have a micro center here in the US. none here near me at least.

  6. Waffler11

If a Micro Center were to ever open up anywhere in Europe, I’d fear a stampede!

  7. IncidentFuture

Is the skeleton at the bottom of the pool representing pretty much everyone else?

  8. sirfannypack

There aren’t that many Micro Centers in the US.

  9. anastheone85

This plus the fucking +25% 30% between imports, taxes and store’s profits

  10. 404_brain_not_found1

Bruh the nearby PC shop from where I live costs triple microcentre prices

  11. RadiantWombat

Their extended warranty is great too, I’ve had keyboards, headphones and a monitor stop working, bring it back get a replacement.

  12. clotteryputtonous

America innovates, China duplicates, and Europe regulates.

  13. ManInADarkAlley

Well enjoy your consumer protection laws while in the states were getting a non-stop fucking.

  14. UltraX76

Lol ther is NOTHING in Currys, and as far as I know there’s no other bricks and mortar shop with pc parts.

  15. SashaG239

Every time I see a post like this, makes me wonder why no one has started a Microcenter shipping service. For a nominal fee+shipping, they would go into the store pickup your prepaid item, package it, and mail it to you(once zelle/paypal anything else without fees is received, if it grows maybes cc).

  16. Don’t worry, many Americans don’t live near one either.

  17. pinezatos

i commented in another post that we need microcenter in europe, no big chain is focused on PCs were i live, they are mostly “tech” shops and brick and mortar stores are almost non-existent or just too small with higher prices. We used to have something called multrima extreme and it was the best thing, the staff passionate about it and knowledgeable, but it was killed for the general tech stores i mentioned.

  18. Historical_Chair_708

I don’t think you used this template correctly? Americans are neglecting Europe because we’re focused on micro center?

  19. We got used marketplace & internet stores.

But from 50/50 side, i can save up an bit of cash by looking on these “Online parts” digitally, but i cannot touch them in real life stores and leave store with an empty wallet.

Dunno man, It’s pretty cheap here in the UK. Like I just bought 32GB of DDR5 yesterday for £89. all of the parts I buy are at their MSRP or close to it.

  21. CarlWellsGrave

I live in the US and the closest one is nearly 100 miles away.

  22. K__Geedorah

Well this isn’t how you use this meme. You’re implying America’s should pay less attention to MicroCenter and more to European people.

  23. There’s a Micro Center 10 minutes from my office
