Solo queueing in quads is awful – I do play solos sometimes but find it too boring.
I play during the day while working from home so I cant use a mic; although I doubt it would make any difference.
I can confidently say 9/10 of my games I am paired with people who get a fraction of my kills/damage if that. I get the odd game when I actually get some good team mates then straight back to this!

I don’t play warzone unless people from my friends list are on. Game is legit impossible with randoms.
