Sorry for my english I'm not a native speaker 🙂

Here Is my specs https://imgur.com/a/mRe5oQl

So 2 days my water cooler started blinking red why I was playing some games so I checked and saw my cpu temp was at 100c (this screenshot was taken at that time but I closed the games- https://imgur.com/a/BrKJ8uD ).

Unfortunately I never really benchmarked my pc to know if this was always the case. prior to that like a month ago I had lowered my p-cores because of the 13th gen issues this processor had, like games and unreal engine crashing. So I raised to back to normal see if that was the issue. and now even the browser and microsoft teams started crashing repeatedly. I guess the instabilty issues got worse.

I reapplied thermal paste yesterday to see if it would do anything but it didnt. Now when I'm idling the temp is at like70-80c ,somtime it gows to 50-60c and the moment I turn on a game or something it goes 100c. it never goes above that. I've used cinebench r23 and even at full load its at 100c. https://imgur.com/uUkvsNA so its at 100c most of the time I do anything.

Is this normal for this cpu? could it be a issue with the processor. I was thinking of buying a 12th gen i9 or a i17 and install it myself. Pc shops around my area has very sketchy stuff in the past like switching parts so I'm paranoid to get this checked.

Thanks!
