I think his voice acting, design, writing, and general aesthetic are better than Samantha’s. Don’t get me wrong, I love Samantha, but I think Willard works better as a villain/character, as he’s much less shrouded in mystery and much more prominent in voice lines/gameplay. Samantha is more iconic, definitely, but I think Willard was a better antagonist. Just my opinion though.
RIP Paul Reubens, overall legend and provided some of the best voice acting in this whole franchise imo.

I don’t really know the story of iw zombies, but from what I played in zombies in space land, I really enjoyed his voice acting and the way he comes across. Complaining when you get a nuke, or taunting you when the boss spawns. I think he is a very well done antagonist
