Not to mention these idiots spend all out on amazing PCs just to be on this sub the next day for BASIC troubleshooting questions, don’t know how to use a search engine to save their lives.

This meme is reversed. The Turkish sharpshooter would have the 360hz monitor with no RGB and minimal pc specs playing at 1280×920 as the lord intended. The Korean would have all the RGB, maxed setup, and bottle it all with the massive disadvantage of a 60hz monitor.

  5. So, basically, the HW enthusiast is all flash and loses to the average pc user in games?

  6. Again. One was the [pairs 10m pistol event](https://www.cbc.ca/player/play/video/9.6450254) where 2 people had 250 seconds to make 5 targets.

The other was the [25m solo pistol event](https://www.cbc.ca/player/play/video/9.6451448) where she had 4 seconds to make 5 targets at 2.5x the distance…. By her self.

One was a significantly more difficult event that required more equipment.

If you watch the pair 10m pistol event you’d see most competitors had very little equipment.

They’re both on controller, brother, they have aim assist!

Idk, I out my friend who used cheap hardware in my system during a LAN party and they did quite a bit better. It certainly makes a difference using good equipment, it just won’t make you pro level instantly. It’ll make any good player better tho

Plot Twist: They’re both olympic level shooters, so this comparison is always dumb.

Ah yes, the RX580, probably the last true value gaming card we will ever see. It blows my mind what you can still do with this card even today.

People that spend money on hardware to get an competitive edge vs People that are very high skilled.

I feel personally attacked, and I’m not even mad about it

I only have a 120hz monitor. But it’s 50” of oled gsync greatness.

What I feel is when you have a bad pc you have to improve your “skills” more than someone with a decent pc to make up for the poor performance of it.
