Just struck me on my current playthrough, but it’s kinda cute/funny? that after Meredith booked the room, she gathered those pillows and propped them up like that so she could face V and look all seductive yet laid back when they came through the door despite her position being 100% orchestrated and pre-planned.

The sole reason why I do this mission is for the dildo weapon. But since my recent V skipped to PL, I missed my chance to get it (and a shit ton of other Iconic weapons). thankfully the other dildo weapon should still be available.
