Why is my memory speed so bad ?

Hi guys,

I am struggling with my memory, did some testing but couldnt isolate the problem..

I was not having the FPS in games that I should have with my build :

10900k / 3080 / 4 x 8 Trident Z 3200 14

I dont have problems with stress tests, they all work fine.

Just the RAM performance is so bad.

Also tried 2 sticks instead of 4 but same problem..

Bios is updated.

the Test86 diagram obviously shows that the ram is not working correctly , right ?

Anyone got tips for isolating the problem or any fix I could try ?
