No, God, no. That means outer worlds 2 is basically never coming out, then

  2. That’s the issue with all the games I’m eagerly waiting for from Xbox, except established franchises like Flight Simulator 2024, I’m always skeptical when they announce a release date or even a year (Gears of War, Fable..)

Now, most important thing, those games are coming out at one point and people are working hard to, I hope, release something they are proud of and had time optimising..which is extremely important nowadays, never fail your launch because you needed 2 or 3 more months..

Fucking finally Microsoft realised that cramming every piece of content into 5 months window is just dumb idea…

Womp womp. It’s okay I can wait…until my gamepass sub expires next year haha.

MS could have done the same in 2021 and 2023 with certain games. Launching everything only at the end of the year is a strategy that clearly didn’t work for MS

But I really want to know about Stalker 2

  6. Great, there goes the hope of having one good game this year. No joke this year has flopped so hard

Everything gets delayed now. I basically just don’t expect an original release date to be honored at this point.

I think they wanna make sure they got at least one big game a month on gamepass. If stalker is in nov, no sense in also having avowed the same month.

Preparing for that day one PS5 release.

Just cancel it. Probably another shit AAA game anyway.

  11. Va1crist

Probably won’t be the last delay, marketing shows are over time to move the actual release dates

My 2nd most anticipated game of the year. Ugh.

In the end it’s for the best so it’ll be great like Starfield

From the trailers it looks like it needed it, so W

Pretty good news. Avowed looked promising, yet also still quite rough on the edges.

Let’s nor forget that delaying a game is not an option publishers love. Trust me, they won’t delay a game that doesn’t need delaying.

I absolutely don’t mind waiting if it means we’re getting a better, more polished experience in the end.

  16. Xbox is so trash. I can’t even remember the last time they put out a good game. Halo reach? 2012 lol

Great so 2 of the only games I was looking forward to this year (S2 and Avowed) are now not coming out this year.

On the plus side next year will be fucking amazing unless GTA6 gets delayed.

  18. Zeidrich-X25

Need that extra time to make it work on the S lol

Avowed is the only game I was looking forward to on my Xbox this year. Oh well.

  20. I’m (cautiously) looking forward to this and it would have been nice to play it later this year but I don’t think a game getting more time in development is very really a bad thing. Should hopefully lead to a more polished release.

After all these delays, I’m expecting a 10/10 game then, amiright?

The trailer for this game looked so ass. Obsidian should stick to making sequels/spinoffs of other peoples games.

  23. RetroTheGameBro

Sucks, but probably a good thing. Obsidian getting more time to cook and not crunch can’t be a bad thing.
