PhD gotta be the most overrated perk of all time. The flop is useless and dying to fall damage shouldn’t even be a possibility. Not to mention the explosive resistance is good but falls off fast and is only useful for like 2 weapons. Widows wine is way better and it’s not even close.

Double tap hinders your eco in the early rounds. Also it’s irrelevant high rounding bc you’re either relying on infinite damage WWs or AATs.

Man, I never really understood why people hate Deadshot so much. It’s never really in my main 4, but if I got it as a free perk from a pwoer-up or something, I wouldn’t be mad. However, I would be mad if I got Who’s Who or Double Tap 1.0.
Deadshot Daiquiri actually has some viable abilities. I can understand if PC players hate it since it’s simply not worth it, but it’s nowhere near bad on console.
