There are so many great lines of dialog in this game, but I know a lot of people will agree that “On behalf of the staff of the Independent California Motel, I wish you all sweet dreams.” Is top tier.

In the Guinea Pigs gig when you take out Koch’s security detail, get her attention and just let her run off to find out she has nobody coming to help her. When you grab her from behind it triggers a unique line for the scenario to the effect of “looks like something terrible happened to security, and now it’s going to happen to you”.
Doubly fun when you knock her out and send her to the Nomads knowing their justice is what she’ll wake up to.
